Key techno players to attend 3rd LTE India 2012

Major technology players such as ZTE, Radisys, Alcatel-Lucent, Altair Semiconductor, Rohde & Schwarz, CommScope, Ixia and Tellabs are going to gather at 3rd LTE India 2012, International Conference scheduled on 11th May 2012 at Le-Meridien, New Delhi, India. The event is slated to become a perfect platform for prominent techno players of this vertical to understand the business and domain in better terms understanding the prevailing requirements of this industry.

The third consecutive edition of LTE India, the flagship event of Bharat Exhibitions is being supported by Department of Telecom & Department of IT (Govt. of India), 3rd Generation Partnership Project (3GPP) & Cellular Operator Association of India (COAI).

Key techno players to attend 3rd LTE India 2012The Operator’s Keynote will be delivered by Mr. Jagbir Singh, Director, Network Services Group, Bharti Airtel Ltd and the Introductory Address will be delivered by Mr. Adrian Scrase, Head of Mobile Competence Centre, 3GPP.

The International Conference would provide operators delegates the opportunity to study in-depth the drivers for deploying LTE, and to consider whether, when and how they will deploy it in their own networks. Presentations and interactive discussion sessions will enable them to understand the differences between LTE and other technologies, and to consider whether LTE is the right evolution path for their network.

The conference will focus on key issues like assessing drivers and deployment strategies for LTE, co-existence of 2G, 3G and LTE networks (Key technical challenges), backhaul requirement for wireless broadband, assessing the pros and cons of deploying femtocells to optimise mobile broadband performance, maximising QoS through network optimization, network partnerships and hosting and M2M services & vertical applications.
Key executives from telecom operators like Airtel, Vodafone, Idea, Aircel, BSNL, MTNL, Reliance Communications, TATA Teleservices, Sistema Shyam, Videocon Telecommunications and Uninor are also going to attend the conference.
