Airtel has launched a new data add-on plan for its prepaid customers. Priced at Rs 119, the plan offers 15GB mobile internet data. As this is not a standalone plan, it does not come with any validity. Instead, it uses the validity of a user’s existing plan active on his/her Airtel number. Airtel Rs 119 add-on data plan was first spotted by Only Tech. It is listed on the company’s official website along with the Airtel Thanks app.

What are the benefits of Airtel’s Rs 119 add-on plan?

It is a data-only plan and offers 15GB of mobile data. There are no call or SMS benefits under the plan. However, there are other additional benefits like a 30-day free subscription to one of the three channels on the Airtel Xstream mobile app. Airtel prepaid users can choose from ErosNow, Hoichoi and ManoramaMax channels.

In related news, the telco launched three new prepaid plans recently. The new plans include Rs 499, Rs 699 and Rs 2,798. The Rs 499 plan offers 3GB of daily data for 28 days. It does not include any calling or SMS benefits. Apart from this, it comes with a free Disney + Hotstar mobile subscription for a year. Airtel Rs 699 plan has a validity of 56 days. It comes with unlimited calling and 100SMS per day along with 2GB per day data. The plan also offers OTT subscription as the Rs 499 plan and Airtel Thanks benefits.

Under the Rs 2,798 prepaid plan, Airtel users will get unlimited calling to any network, 100 SMS per day, 3GB daily data and Airtel Thanks benefits. It has a validity of 365 days.
