NEW DELHI: Reliance Jio has recently launched new prepaid JioFiber plans priced at Rs 399 and Rs 699 for its fibre-to-the-home (FTTH) customers.
The Rs 399 JioFiber prepaid plan 30Mbps upload and download speeds, unlimited data and free voice benefits whereas the Rs 699 JioFiber plan offers 100Mbps upload and download speeds, with the same validity and benefits.
Jio had been already offering the Rs 999 plan plan with 150Mbps speeds and subscriptions to 16 over-the-top (OTT) applications, including Netflix Basic and Disney+ Hotstar, with unlimited data.
The JioFiber 300Mbps prepaid plan is priced at Rs 1,499 that provides subscriptions to 17 OTTs, including Netflix Basic, Disney+ Hotstar, and JioSaavn additionally. It has unlimited data.
On the higher-end, JioFiber plans are priced at Rs 2,499, Rs 3,999, and Rs 8,499 that offers unlimited data at 500Mbps, unlimited data at 1Gbps, and 6600GB data at 1Gbps, respectively. These three plans are also clubbed with subscriptions to 17 OTTs.
All the abovementioned JioFiber plans carry the same validity of 30 days.
Jio, with its JioFiber postpaid monthly plans, is also offering subscriptions to several OTT applications at an additional cost.
For instance, the Rs 599 JioFiber plan is divided as Rs 399 base plan with subscriptions to 14 OTTs for Rs 200. Similarly, the Rs 399 JioFiber plan comprises Rs 399 for base plan with subscription to 6 OTTs for Rs 100. Both these plans provide 30Mbps speeds.
Postpaid users of JioFiber can also avail of similar benefits with the Rs 799 and Rs 899 plans, both of which offer 100Mbps speeds.
The final price of all the JioFiber prepaid and postpaid plans will also attract GST, according to the listing information on Jio’s website.
