Under the deal, Nokia will supply equipment from its AirScale 5G portfolio, powered by the ReefShark system-on-chip (SoC) technology. This includes 5G RAN, AirScale base stations, and Nokia AirScale radio access products, including Single RAN for both indoor and outdoor coverage.
Nokia will also provide digital design and deployment for a faster time to market as well as optimization and technical support services while introducing 5G new radio (NR) services.
This is expected to deliver ultra-fast, low-latency, and high-capacity 5G connectivity delivering improved coverage to businesses and consumers alike.
T-2 is a Slovenian telco and recently secured frequencies in the 2100MHz and 2300MHz bands at spectrum auction.
